Valor earns Nation Blue Ribbon School Award
We are humbled and deeply honored that Valor Christian High School is a recipient of the 2021 National Blue Ribbon School Award. This award is the highest national honor a school can receive. As a private school, Valor is recognized for the overall academic excellence and breadth of co-curricular offerings. As a recipient in 2015, this marks the second time in Valor’s short history that the school has been nationally recognized as an exemplary high performing school.
We are proud of our faculty, staff and students! This award is a reflection of their extraordinary efforts and hard work over the last five years and in the midst of an academic year which brought not only great challenges, but also amazing opportunities.
Eligible schools go through a rigorous application process that examines all aspects of a school’s programming and culture. For this year’s application, schools also needed to demonstrate that they responded to the challenges of COVID in a way that maintained a standard of excellence in education for students. Last year, our community went above and beyond in terms of their commitment to maintain an in-person learning environment for our students while also recognizing the need to provide remote learning options for students not able to be present on campus.
We are humbled by this recognition and grateful for the exceptional work of faculty, staff, and students that has led to outstanding student achievement and recognition for our community. We are grateful for the faithful hand of God on this school over the years and give Him all the honor, praise and glory for this distinction.
