We use the PSAT test and scores for enrollment purposes.
The admissions committee seeks students who demonstrate academic success and motivation and bring tangible benefits to the greater Valor student body. Students should be well-rounded with consideration being based on their grades, test scores, extra-curricular activities and teacher recommendations. Valor looks to have confidence and trust that they can serve the student and parent in reaching their goals and meeting their expectations.

We invite prospective families to hear about Valor’s mission and vision, as well as meet faculty, staff, administration and coaches. Families may explore our campus at their own pace and spend more time in their areas of special interest.
After applicants pay the application fee, Valor requests the following:
First, applicants should download the Transcript Release Request and give it to the appropriate middle school staff. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure their transcript is delivered to Valor.
Second, Valor will send emails containing the Online Recommendation Request to the student’s current Math teacher, English teacher and administrator for them to complete through our online application system.
The deadline for the Early Admissions decision is Monday, December 3 at 5:00 p.m. The deadline for the Regular Admissions decision is Wednesday, February 20 at 5:00 p.m. Because there are limited spots available in each grade, it is to a student’s advantage to apply as early as possible.

Incoming students will be placed in honors courses based on previous grades, test scores and teacher recommendations.
Valor provides tuition assistance to families based on financial need.
Accepted and enrolled families will be required to send their financial information to a third party company, FACTS.
After review, FACTS will make a recommendation to the Valor Tuition Assistance Committee regarding the expected family contribution.
Valor welcomes transfer students to apply. Due to our rigorous course requirements for graduation, we evaluate transfer students on a case-by-case basis.
