Applying To Valor Is Simple
Valor's Admission Process
Our admission process helps us identify capable and highly motivated students who we believe will benefit from a Valor education while positively contributing to the Valor community.
We are still accepting applications for freshmen and transfers on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to apply, please complete an online application, schedule a family interview, provide references, and take an admission test proctored at Valor. We have additional testing dates throughout May.
7 Easy Application Steps
1) Start Online Application

2) Schedule Family Interview
Follow the prompts in the online application. We look forward to meeting you in person.
3) Take Admission Test
Applicants will take the PSAT exam as a benchmark for Admission. Schedule your exam date from within your online application. The final testing date is Wednesday, April 24th @ 4:00pm.
4) Provide References
First, print these forms and deliver them to your school administration. They give teachers and administrators permission to provide references for your student. Second, log in to your online application, and follow the prompts for English Teacher, Math Teacher, and Administrator references. Once you have added the names and email addresses of your references, the SchoolAdmin application will automatically send the appropriate forms via email.

7) Celebrate at Welcome To The Nest!
All admitted students are invited to attend this special evening celebration on April 17, 2019. You'll meet classmates, faculty and coaches, gear up with spirit wear, and get excited for the year ahead!
Valor Christian High School admission criteria includes the following:
- Student and parents are in agreement with Valor's vision and mission and are enthusiastically supportive of Christian education at Valor.
- Student and parents agree and expect to hear about Jesus Christ.
- Student must be willing to give the claims of Christ a fair hearing.
- Student demonstrates academic success and motivation.
- Student will bring tangible benefits to the greater student body.
- Valor has confidence and trust that they can serve the student and parent in reaching their goals and meeting their expectations.
The online application process includes gathering student and parent information, answering two short essay questions, requesting references, acquiring transcripts, and scheduling a time for the family interview. The family interview is for the student applicant and at least one parent. All students will be required to complete admissions testing. The online application and testing fee is $150. Assessment testing will take place on the Valor campus. The application process for the 2019–20 school year will open on Tuesday, September 18.
