Eagles Fall To Rival Dawson, Beat TJ

The Valor Varsity Boys had a busy week playing two games and a participating in a charity event.

On Tuesday, the team traveled up to Lafayette to take on their rival Alexander Dawson.  While the Eagles made a strong push for overtime, they fell short with a score of 10-9 at the end of regulation.

On Thursday, the boys bounced back playing Thomas Jefferson.  The game got off to a slow start for the Eagles, but they regained momentum in the second period and ended the game with a score of 12-1.

Friday night, both the Varsity and JV teams went to Lakewood to raise money in a charity game for the Rolling Mammoth.  The Rolling Mammoth is a Colorado wheelchair lacrosse team.  They play all over the country and this is the fourth year in a row our boys have had the opportunity to play against them and with them.
