Boys Lacrosse Competes Against Two Florida Teams

The Boy’s Varsity Lacrosse team traveled to the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida for the first week of Spring Break. In addition to playing 2 lacrosse games, the team spent lots of “together” time while living at the academy.

Both games were hosted at the IMG Academy. The first game was against the nationally known IMG Academy team. The final score was 5-15, but our boys held their own and got tested by the best in the country. The next team Valor was up against was Plant High School, which is rated one of the top teams in the state of Florida for lacrosse. The Valor boys shined as they won that game with a score of 16-9.

While in Florida the boys also got to enjoy some Florida sun and sand in between the rainy days.

The next week for practicum week, both the Junior Varsity and Varsity teams enjoyed several fun filled days. While the boys practiced most of the week, they also enjoyed an escape room, pizza time, homemade meal time and good ole boy time.

Between the 2 weeks the Boy’s Lacrosse program really came together.
