Students know and appreciate Mr. Jennings for inspiring and helping them achieve their educational goals. Since 2001, he has worked on high school and college campuses, including as director of student-alumni services at the University of Denver, college counselor for Denver Scholarship Foundation and director of college counseling for STRIVE Preparatory Schools.
Michael and his wife LaRae enjoy movies, traveling and poetry. They are both members of For His Glory Christian Fellowship, where they are involved in the Spoken Word Ministry and the Welcoming Committee.

Mrs. Kay is passionate about Christian education and loves showing prospective students and their families how they can thrive at Valor no matter their area of interest. Previously in her career, Mrs. Kay served at a local K-12 Christian school in both the elementary front office and as the admission coordinator for 10 years.
Mrs. Kay and her husband, Shawn, have three grown children and one very spoiled dog. They love to enjoy the Colorado outdoors and travel as often as they can.

Mrs. Roberts’ own children attended Valor and were so impacted by their experience that she loves helping prospective parents navigate the high school decision for these pivotal years in their student’s lives. She is excited to help families process a decision that will bring lifelong impact.
Earlier in her career, Mrs. Roberts spent time as a consultant for an accounting and appraisal/consulting firm that specializes in hospitality consulting. Since joining the Valor staff, she has had a son and a daughter both graduate from the school.
