Learn how to cook one of the most popular, delicious, and authentic Korean BBQ dishes called Bulgogi. It is a dish of thinly sliced, marinated beef that is either grilled or pan-fried. It is traditional Korean barbecue. Students will also explore Korean culture and food, Asian etiquette and manners, and how to exercise hospitality through serving others.


  • Tuesday – Explore Korean culture and food; learn basic knife skills; enjoy a meal prepared by Mr. Kim.
  • Wednesday – Meet at Valor and travel together to H-Mart to purchase food
  • Thursday – Prepare Bulgogi and enjoy it together.
