Valor Christian High School is a non-denominational, co-educational, independent day school serving 9th through 12th grade students.
Founded in 2006, Valor opened its doors to 155 students in 2007. We have since experienced vigorous and exciting growth. Approximately 1,200 students and 200+ faculty and staff now call themselves Valor Eagles.
We work and learn together on our state-of-the art campus situated on 35 beautiful acres in the heart of Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
In 2015 we were honored to be named a National Blue Ribbon School by the United States Department of Education.Â
We are fully accredited with the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and were selected in 2015 as one of the first schools in the world to achieve ACSI Exemplary Accreditation status.
Valor’s standard is to pursue excellence in everything we set to do – from classrooms to athletics fields and from service opportunities to
art performances.
Everyone on the Valor team desires that students give their very best in all their endeavors. Through our pursuit of excellence, Valor students will have the opportunity to influence the culture.
Valor students receive all manner of opportunities – through academics, athletics, arts and service to develop their character, maturity and worldview on a foundation of Christian faith.
Many families come to Valor seeking the spiritual formation described in our expected student outcomes.
Other families come from different places on the faith spectrum. Our posture is one of openness to exploration, but we are indeed a decidedly Christian school. We ask every student to be willing to give the claims of of the Bible and the teachings of Jesus a fair hearing and to refrain from anything that would discourage other students from doing the same.
